How it all began.
HubSpoke was founded in 2013 with a clear objective: to help organizations, particularly within Canada’s defence and public sector, access the right expertise to deliver mission-critical outcomes.
Early on, we recognized a persistent challenge across federal programs, including within the Department of National Defence (DND): high demand for specialized talent, coupled with limited access to professionals who could truly deliver in complex, secure environments.
Rather than following a traditional recruitment model focused on volume, HubSpoke took a different approach – one centered on people, relationships, and proven capability.
We built our business by:
